Office Manager

I love meeting new people and making sure each patient and their family feels at home at Palos Orthodontics. We offer advanced care, always tailored to a person’s goals and needs. Our team members are friendly and welcoming and they make sure our patients are kept smiling during treatment. I have many job titles at the office. My focus is always on ensuring everything runs smoothly so our patients have the best experience and finish with smiles they love!

I grew up in the Beverly area and have three children and four beautiful grandchildren who are the loves of my life. I also have two dogs that I call my “babies.” I’m an avid traveler and love being outside.

Janet

Orthodontic Assistant

I enjoy making each patient and their family feel welcome and at home. Dr. Shah and our team members believe in caring for patients like family, treating them with respect and compassion. I offer chairside assistance, helping the doctor while talking with our patient about what we’re doing. I speak Slovak, Czech, and Polish, in addition to English, and enjoy translating so patients and parents understand all parts of treatment. I’m glad to help people achieve beautiful smiles!

In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family and friends.

Orthodontic Assistant

I like spending my days talking and laughing with our patients. It’s amazing to watch a person change as they see their new smile appear. Each patient becomes happier and more social and they start smiling without hiding their teeth! I work in the clinic, making sure patients are comfortable in the chair and explaining what we’ll be doing. My happiest moments are when a patient sees their finished smiles and they can’t stop grinning!

When not working, I love spending time with my two horses and my family.

Bookkeeper

I enjoy meeting new patients, helping them feel comfortable and ready to start treatment.. I love their excitement when they are finished, leaving with a beautiful smile. I have been working at Palos Orthodontics for 10 years. I am the bookkeeper because I am good with numbers. I grew up in Oak Lawn. I have 3 children and am expecting my first grandchild in December. I have 2 dogs that enjoy going on long walks every day.

Treatment Coordinator

I enjoy developing lasting bonds with our patients and families while helping people develop their beautiful smiles! As Treatment Coordinator, I meet and greet everyone who’s new to our office. I introduce them to orthodontics, talk about their treatment plan, and explain treatment options. I also go over their financial contract. I want everyone to be informed, comfortable, and to finish with a beautiful smile!

I’m the proud mother of two beautiful sons, Michael and Luie. We are pet lovers and enjoy water activities, movies, and baseball games.
